Our silver package entitles you to 2 training and advice sessions per week with up to two different personal trainers. This provides our clients with some element of consistency or alternatively, variation. This can be structured around your individual personal goal strategy.
This package would be suited to the individual who is already familiar with training methodology and has a 'goal strategy' in place. Our versatility allows you to conduct your training regime around 2 different trainers from 2 different fields if required. I.e. Yoga or step with weight training. Alternatively you can opt for a personal approach and train with one specialist twice a week. (Recommended).
