This includes their qualifications and experience, their professionalism, their business approach and the way they deal with you their client. We also include complaints procedure if you feel that you have not received the level of service that you feel is appropriate, or that is covered in our operating Code of Ethics.

Personal-Trainers.com has Regional directors across the UK who are there to help clients and members with a range of topics, including their approach to issues surrounding the all aspects of the fitness industry and their training relationship.

The professionals utilized by Personal-Trainers.com are bound by our Code of Ethics, we expect them to accept the responsibilities and guidance of this document, it is intended to envelop not only the individual trainer, but to represent Personal-Trainers.com as a highly regarded and trustworthy institute.

Our code of ethics is contractually written into all our trainers' documentation when they are officially accepted into our organisation by their regional director.
